Usually Nubia is more competively priced globally than all the other Chinese brands but they've increased the price in China with the base model now 100rmb more expensive than the Xiaomi 15 and Oneplus 13. For me being in China I think it's disappointing camera wise (would have been happy if they maintained the brilliant ultrawide), but whether the global model is worth it will all boil down to how much they increase the price globally

Smaller main senso... morethe main cam is 35 mm so the 1/1.56" size is basically like having a main cam that's 1/1.43" on a regular 23-25 mm main cam. Superior cus of the variable aperture AND the awesome 35 mm focal length. And yeah telephoto is the same.

      also, MY BAD! I saw the specs of the z70 ultra on this site BEFORE it was updated and it showed 1/1.55" UW cam, so i thought it was that.

      Anyways, even if it's not superior, it's at worst the same level i think, with gcam this phone has a lot of potential and i have a feeling this'll be cheaper than the OP 13 globally.

Basically the same size telephoto and a smaller worse ultrawide on the Nubia. The z60 ultra had better rear camera. The downgrade from the 1/1.55" OV50E to the 1/2.88" OV50D for the ultrawide is a huge downgrade. It's gone from having the absolute best ultrawide on a flagship last here to having the worst ultrawide sensor on any of the Chinese flagships this year

But I'd still readily go with an Oppo or OnePlus, simply because of the better software support and the much better image processing; ZTE's still got a bit to learn on that part. And overall, you are getting a more complete package with an Oppo or OnePlus. If the global price of the Z70 Ultra would be somewhere around $700-$900 then it's a great offer, sure. But if it ends up costing as much as the Find X8 Pro or OnePlus 13, then I wouldn't really consider it

                So much for the 7 and 7.5" (lol) screen size hype articles-in the end 6.85....ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ

It's exceptional.

                            otherwise looking decent so far. I wonder how the in-hand feel would be. I'm also curious about the battery life and cameras. Hopefully they'll met my expectations.

                            Price in China seems reasonable imo. Will have to wait for the global release and if the phone is good, maybe the importers in my country will import this phone finally.

                                This phone looks like it's from another planet, no camera hole and the bezels are very thin.
