Oppo Reno13 and Reno13 Pro unveiled: Dimensity 8350, IP69 and 80W charging

The Pro model gets a larger 6.83-inch display and a 50MP telephoto with 3.5x optical zoom.

    Apparently there also was a Reno 13 pro+/Ultra in development with a dimensity 9300 chipset and some other upgrades but it got cancelled because it got too close in specs and pricing to the X8. That's why the 13 Pro looks a little underwhelming

          No minimum of 6 years OS upgrades = no buy.

            Oppo Reno 13 at this price is good. Caneras are worse than Vivo V series, but D8300 processor way more faster than SD7 Gen 3. Both same price.

            Reno 13 Pro will flat out lose to Vivo V Pro series with vivo having better UW Camera and D9300. And almost at the same price.

                      Nice size for the non pro. Almost the same size as my current phone XD. I await the reviews. Hopefully global version is similar.

It doesn't just have a better telephoto, but also a higher resolution screen that is brighter and larger (might be your thing, personally I prefer slightly smaller phones but whatever); faster charging; an IP69 rating; and a 5,800mAh Si/C battery instead of a 5,000mAh Li-Po one. The only downgrade is the SoC, and even if I hate OEMs doing this out of principle, the Dimensity 8350 is really not that much slower compared to the Dimensity 9200+.
