What I want to see (realistically)

            - 4.7" IPS LCD panel
            - Snapdragon 600/800 1.9ghz, or equivalent
            - 16gb/32gb non-expandable storage capacity
            - 2800mAh - 3000mAh battery, non-removable
            - Gorilla Glass 2 or 3 front panel (little difference)
            - Same plastic construction as the Moto X (durable)
            - Micro USB on the bottom
            - Volume rocker on the left
            - Power at the top right or right side
            - Headphone jack at the top left
            - Sim card wherever
            - Of course, stock android and immediate updates from Google

IPS LCD, or that new IGZO stuff, is better. For IPS, it is also cheaper to produce than AMOLED, and less susceptible to burn in, and AMOLED panel cracking (as in the Galaxy S4).
