It's new, it's available internationally, it's packed with specs, but will it bend?

Chinese OEMs might have their own chip and Google Pixel will have their own thing by 2030. S25U is good, but camera hardware is pretty bad. With no signs of upgrade even on S26U and S27U, Samsung seems to be doomed. 300MP main camera for next two iterations.

The last time I had the red magic phone it cut the corners through my denim jeans like my xperias used to do lol I get it that the squarexorners are better for gaming but I just cannot live with that form factor.

In case of Apple users even new shade of gray or black color is like an Innovation which Apple must have patented to become unique.
Would love to comment more on this subject but people will call me a hater even i am right and will ban me.

Invetor, 04 Dec 2024Of course. How else will they compete with Apple/Samsung? S... moreye i guess the software experience isn't as neat and refined as iOS yet. Perhaps they got to polish up the UI a bit more, but it's going to be rather soon than late i suppose. The new oxygen OS is much improved tho, guess others will follow

They're also introducing mini versions of their flagships without compromising on battery size. Gotta admit they're really working on smartphones in meaningful areas, instead of just slapping on more cameras / megapixels and RAM etc every year like most phone companies typically do

First time you’ve not spoilered a Jerryrigeverything video in the title

So far only ZTE/nubia/RedMagic has really innovated and mastered the technology behind Under display cameras though. And big batteries too are lead by RedMagic devices if not first.

If it had failed, it would've been in the headline.

Once again, Chinese phone companies are far ahead in the innovation area with a concealed under-display camera and better batteries on their flagships. They also are working on improving water and drop resistance on phones

Meanwhile, Samsung and Apple barely bring anything worth buying these days. Same old design, same old features and simply repackaged with an updated processor. The changes being incremental at best

As expected from a RedMagic device. They had always survived every single bend at destruction tests from JerryWrig and there were never a RedMagic device that dissapointed in terms of built quality. Nice, nice!
