The Xiaomi 15 is quite &... moreThat’s because the OS on Vivo is an acquired taste.
Also most Vivo and Oppo phones aren’t worth the money except for iQOO

xPandamon, 04 Dec 2024Probably because everyone talks about it, yet it isn't... moreWhat difference does that make? These are China sales and it's available in China. Basically whilst the x200 pro does have much better cameras than Xiaomi's flagship series they haven't really fully succeeded in creating a high end brand image yet in China in the largest wealthiest cities at least. The brand image is actually more important than being the best when it comes to flagship sales

In my country Malaysia, only recently I am seeing physical Mi stores popping up in smaller cities but they are still exceedingly rare compared to Vivo/Oppo stores. It is still amazing to see Xiaomi leading sales in my country mostly from online sales.

Obviously, all of the other flagships released for now have been mediocre from what I have seen. Just budget flagship with lots of smaller issues

not too surprised about Xiaomi
The Xiaomi 15 is quite "mint". Though I wonder why the Vivo X200 Pro hasn't make a dent in the competition 🤔 (like seriously, almost every international tech reviewer is talking about it)

No surprise here. Only Xiaomi and Huawei sell a lot of flagship series phones in China. It's mainly the standard model that is driving the sales for the Xiaomi 15 series. Xiaomi has about 10 stores for every one OPPO or Vivo store where I live in a large city so they have a far larger offline presence in the richest cities. OPPO and VIVO focus more on smaller cities where less flagships are purchased. I guess OPPO is second as the find x series is supposed to be selling way beyond expections. The find x8 is a pretty big hit for OPPO.
