The FindX series is the top tear of Oppo but they are not available everywhere. In Romania only the 8Pro was released which is stupid. It costs 1200 euros?!
I have the Reno5 that still holds on for normal use. I pick these Chinese brands because they have pretty much all the aptX Bluetooth codecs, despite Samsung.
I wanted to upgrade for the reno13 but looking at Oneplus Nord4 it's a nonsense choice.

It's made worse by the fact that usernames are shown when you highlight the emojis, so you know the people who reacted. They should've went with a simple upvote/downvote system like pretty much every other website.

Like what they did with their Reno 10 pro plus (global). Sadly after that, it went downhill with inferior chipsets being released with succeeding releases.

The Reno series need better processors and they would be the best upper midrange devices you can buy.
They tend to have good camera setups, high end designs and interesting features, but always obscure chipset choices.
I probably would have bought the Reno 12 or 13 Pro over the Oppo X8 Pro had performance been better and saved some cash, I prefer the designs of the Reno series. I guess they scale back the processors purposely to make consumers buy the flagships...

It’s typical Oppo. How do you think they can afford promoting and giving so many free units to tech YouTubers and brand ambassadors? Their consumers are subsidizing those. Even Vivo is a better deal compared to Oppo.

Avoid Oppo Reno devices for another two years for global. Poco and OnePlus will become powerhouse in this segment(400-600USD) and camera will improve in midrange segment a lot.

If they've made compromises on the most defining features of the Reno series, it makes sense why prospective buyers would avoid these phones.
Also, most of the specifications (except the battery and chipset) are brought over from the older Reno 7 series, and the design from the forgettable Reno 8 series. It makes zero sense to call this an upgrade over the other mentioned phones.
Also, the Reno13 would make perfect sense to be considered as the "Oppo A99", instead of their tone-deaf Reno nomenclature.
