The only one reason is IOS anyoancds ( ok retendinf 'smart idiotpeoof features ' which are in fact buggy and annoying , and it's walled garden.
As much as I love aplle's hardware, I can't stand their policy marketing and buggy walled garden OSes.
That's a fact, everything else is speculation and blabla

If this does release at 400€, it will sell like gangbusters, yet have no impact on Android's popularity. At this stage in the game most people have long decided which is their preferred choice, and the numbers of those who switch are inconsequential by comparison. Android will go on just fine.
And the EU will 'find' some reason to issue a fine at least. Because it's the EU, and fining Apple is practically a policy in itself at this point 🤷

Seems like the SE will be a minimalist phone yet again, bringing the bare minimum at a not exactly affordable price. People buying it don't need that processor, for half they can get phones just as good in the Android universe, ones that will beat a bunch of the specs of this thing, too.
