The 9720 is a BlackBerry OS 7 device, there's none of the BB OS 10 hotness here.

I am tempted to write "Who will buy this phone" but looking at the number of BlaclBerry users here in the UK clearly I'm wrong.
Almost everyone here has either an iPhone or Galaxy S3 (S4 is not very common) or a BB device.

They are doing it wrong.
they should give better service like emails. They should go back to roots making blackberry perfect for business men's. They should keep z10 os and release cheaper devices much like nokia did with lumia 520 which is doing quit well. Releasing z10 was shooting their own head with a ak47.
