Korea has established a new 3g network couple of years back and now are rapidly reducing the number of CDMA (2g) supplies.

mike, 03 Nov 2008will this be unlocked and be usable overseas than korea? be... moreSouth Korea still runs their own CDMA network, hence it won't be vastly available overseas. + DMB function is highly unlikely to be supported anywhere else....South Korea is a country in it's own class when it comes to communication networks....hence it is unlikely that this version will be available anywhere else...no point, with current Omnia in the market.

I'm not a fan of Samsung but dammmmn.... This is what I call innovation. Beautiful, full-featured phone that beats the hell out of any high-end phone, N96, 5800 XM, Xperia, iPhone, G1, HTC Touch HD, you name them. I'm impressed by these Asians, they're just unbeatable in technology, Japanese, Chinese, Koreans, Taiwanese. Europeans and North Americans, wake up and smell the coffee! Just waiting for the upcoming projector phones from China.
