Its because the operators are pandering to Apples rules just so they can sell iphone,no other company on the planet has this authority to stop bloatware on their phones..Altho I have iphone I would love it if the operators turned round and told apple to piss off we are not stocking your phone anymore unless like every other company does you accept bloatware..
They wont do it though will they apple are holding them to ransom,,i think it could be illegal actually and means all the other companys can say "NO" you allow apple no bloatware we wont accept it either,fairs fair.

AnonD-1825, 15 Aug 2013Every carrier who have taken iPhone for their list have mad... more are you crazy? operators are getting subscribers and are selling phones but their profits are plummeting because Apple is setting draconian financial conditions on the deals and obligations for heavy phone subsidies. they are holding the operators hostages because the operators are afraid to lose customers of they don't ink a deal with Apple butwhen they sign all profits are going to Apple. hope that China mobile will squeeze better conditions from Apple so the other operators can follow suite. so glad we have a deal with Samsung who sells like hot cakes in Europe :-)

Apple, doing everything they can to stop sales of android phones in USA (through trumped-up reasons and Government "Obama" support) especially Samsung. But they can sell their phones freely in China, and anywhere in the world. I doubt if there is a single Chinese brand phone that hasn’t unashamedly ripped off, copied and stolen technology from every other phone maker in the world including Apple!! I don’t see apple suing them do you? Just shows at the end of the day it has nothing to do with patent infringements or anything else. It has everything to do with greed, exploitation and unfair USA trade policies which are twisted and bent to suit themselves. ag sis man!!

Every carrier who have taken iPhone for their list have made s*it loads of money and also its their best selling phone or among of them, usually best selling.
This could raise iPhone quarter sales to 60-70 million.

i cannot stand apple but if they can seal this deal they are in for a HUGE windfall of cash, china mobile has something like twice as many subscribers as there are CITIZENS in the whole USA or 715 million customers, of course there are LOTS of people who will not be affording this, but if even 5% of the customers take a phone that is still a 37 MILLION new sales

ramur, 15 Aug 2013not very good carrier..all carriers have faults, what is good for one person is terrible for another, but the fact its the worlds largest carrier clearly means that it cannot be any worse then the competition otherwise there would be exodus to the smaller carriers.
