I still don't understand why they refuse to make the display 2K. It would literally be the perfect phone and this is the only thing holding it back

The top-of-the-line M7RSRPD is ~$2400 on Amazon US, lol.

Porsche and Leica were looking for new partners. Xiaomi did a deal with Leica as they nearly always try to emulate Huawei and Honor did one with Porsche.

Does this come with tandem OLED like previous Ultimate? Also, suprisingly the phone isn't really overprice in Chinese price, but we already know how it would price if it is sold globally.

And Huawei does not make Porsche Design smartphones anymore; they just kept the RS nametag and changed Porsche Design with Ultimate since Porsche Design left Huawei and partnered with Honor

so instead of depth mapping they use LiDAR for autofocus in videos? And that ONLY helps the periscope? Weird. They could've gone for a gimbal if they wanted stabilization that bad, considering this is a super special edition model the cost would've been met with the price. Considering the tandem OLED of the last RSR, this looks like just a design change instead of an actually "better" phone. Weird.
