I hope this comes to Nigeria soon. I'm not that much of a camera buff, but high performance, lag-free software suits me well, and I think the Dimensity 8400 has just what I need (and even more!).

In China there is no... morePOCO uses lower qiality components for the same hardware... for example : memory storage and printed circuits in redmi series they use samsung and taiwan generic ones in poco lineup... that's why it looks cheaper. Enjoy your poco now !

They could have put a bigger battery for the X7 especially when we know the average autonomy of the brand. The X7 Pro should be a bestseller for all users who do not need high quality photos

If you don’t care about SoC, I would look at the Vivo V series. They’re really fun camera thanks to Zeiss, and outside of pure SoC performance, they’re well featured.

Not great compar... moreYes, I'm more concerned about the idle drain and what hyper os version will be on board (and hope GSMArena could honestly test it and not just say "go and read in reddit about it")... I mean what does spec sheet bring if you sw cannot do what you are configuring it to do?!? So let's see the review, I'm sure it's done and will be posted 1min after release conference, as they did with OnePlus 13...
Looking at the A56 preliminary info, i think Poco might be the only meaningful option.. unless some new Nothing phone N comes out with same soc...idk, but I'm seriously interested in those devices

Back then, Realme brand was targeting youth, so Xiaomi decided to join with the Poco brand. It’s funny because Realme was actually Oppo’s attempt to compete with Xiaomi to begin with.

Also Iron Man does NOT have nor has ever used curved glass visors to see on our or of any of his suits. So why does a special edition phone using his brand have that on t the display glass??

In global markets they seem to want to create three brands, POCO with the most competitive pricing, REDMI with pricing in the middle for the specs, and Xiaomi with higher end pricing. It's less complicated in China. REDMI is the more cost effective brand and Xiaomi phones charge a premium for the Xiaomi brand name. Also usually REDMI phones in China are ODM whereas Xiaomi are mostly OEM

Xiaomi have already changed the Redmi logo to REDMI (all capital). They said they have different strategy.
So what's the point of having this Poco lineup which have overal same design and spec with REDMI?? What strategy changes do they mean? Why not just sell under the REDMI name? I mean REDMI Turbo 4 and REDMI Note 14 Pro.
