Hey guis this update is avialiable on HTC_032 cid eastern europe and some other areas like nordic countries and slovakia,
and alsow the HTC One X+ is being updated at the same time in Europe :)

I am still waiting update for my note 2. I thought samsung will skip 4.3 and give note 2 direct 5.0 key lime pie in 2014 or 2015 when key lime pie is announced by google. So note 2 owners sit back and sleep. WELDONE SAMSUNG!
