        Clearly most people here never actually shop at Apple. Figures, their parents probably would never allow them.
        "Refurbished" iPhones are basically new in white box as Apple replaced the battery. And it has full warranty and eligible for Applecare as well. This is unlike Amazon refurbished where they basically do nothing and just sell used phones.

        As for pricing, Apple based the discount off the original launch price. So one can look at them as if Apple didn't discontinue the phone. The old iPhone 13 Pro Max is only $370 less than its original price. Not a good deal, obviously, but if you somehow want an older iPhone Pro/Pro Max but with full new warranty, this is a good way to go.

              Why is this a news?
              You have a lot of 3rd party stores that sell iPhones refurbished.
              A other models, not only 15...

                New iphone 16 128 gb is 850 Euroes,New iphone 15 is 750. New iphone 15 pro is 980.
                Either you are mentally insane or you hate your money. There is no reason to buy any of this.
                Then again, the countries targeted are usually the wealthiest regions so i guess dumb rich people are targeted audience because smart rich buy new or anyone with finished primary school.

                  Hope these are not exchanged one for iPhone 16 Pro and Pro Max in the American region

                                I am shocked to see price for older refurbished phones in Europe.

                                People in USA has less variety of phones to choose because of anti-market policies of thier govenment.
                                Pleople in Europe has to pay very high proce for a mobile phones. I am not sure why. High taxes compared to other countries in world?
