In my opinion if you pay so much money for top tier products they should at least offer a more interesting design. I'm not saying they look bad, just that absolutely no one will differentiate between these and the ones from 3 years ago. Look at Honor, Vivo, Xiaomi, they all have their design language but every model is distinct

Bigger looking cameras give the feel of bigger better sensors which would easily trick the average consoomer
I only wish they were as innovative with their phones as they are with tricks and scams

i seriously can't differentiate between a flagship S25 and a midrange A55 apart from perhaps the screen bezel thickness, that's it. I don't mind boring design, but this is just a ridiculous form of upselling from Samsung.
"buy the top tier flagship or else you're just getting a phone that looks like a midranger LOL"

To those who will be complaining here, you can't expect to have a new model every year and have significant design changes every time.
New phone models should come out every two-three years to have significant updates in hardware and design.

As a long-term Samsung fan and user, this lineup is just, meh.
Especially the Ultra feels more like a reactionary move to the iPhone 16 Pro Max. That's why the S25 got a half-assed Qi2 support as a reaction to MagSafe and the 50MP JN3 ultrawide, again, as a reaction to the 48MP ultrawide of the 16 Pro Max.
Samsung went from being trailblazers, to just doing reactionary moves. Sad.

The main difference is the thickness. The S25+ looks particularly skinny viewed from this side angle.
