They should of gone with the mini that would of been still upgrade in screen size but gone more compact in size

        Anonymous, 13 hours agoWhat $500 Android phone has the top of the line chipset and... moreno apps that actually use the power of this chipset exist on iOS, contrasting with android that has yuzu and winlator. plus samsung is providing similar update policies on similarly priced devices and those phones have multiple, much better camera sensors. I'm talking about the upcoming a56 and s24fe in case you're wondering. Yes, you can find an S24 fe for 500 USD.

              That camera juts outwards a bit too much. Maybe this is just a dummy unit so fingers crossed

                Minus the price and long accepted limitations of iPhones and iOS in general, this is fine.

                      Not too bad. 48Mp single cam, if it has 2x zoom is totaly enough. Uwa camera is not necesary. It needs a decent battery.

                        They STILL don't want to get rid of the awful 60hz panel????? COME ON, it's 2025. Phones for $100 have 90hz atleast. Avoid!!!!

                          The SE series should continue this 6.1" screen size and the vanilla iPhone, which doesn't have a periscope telephoto should go back to X/XS dimensions.

                              Everything with the SE4 (16E) is looking good. A18, 8GB of RAM, for the cheapest iPhone is actually a very good deal since even the more expensive iPhone 15 has less.

                              The only gotcha is the panel, as Apple is going to use BoE, again. I guess Apple didn't learn when BoE cheated them and caused the green panel issues with the iPhone 13 lineup. Cheapskates.

But then again something like Samsung S23 probably will be at that price and still have like 5 years left on updates and on size is same

                                  But on android you wont get anything that be in a smaller size like 6.1 inch screen.
                                  And i dont think the SE4 will be under 500 euro anyways at least in Europe

                                      That looks awful. Barebones and at that price, you can already get an older iPhone with better overall specs or a much better Android phone instead.

                                        It's probably gonna cost €599 in Europe and...with 60Hz screen there are clear better alternatives. I miss the times where Apple used to be the "driver", pushing things and innovation...today they are the "stopper", braking on innovation, trying that things go slow so they keep making big profits for longer.
