            Eduard33, 21 Jan 2025Well that's not gonna change with a slightly bigger se... morei addressed the hardware in the original comment and yeah focal length matters and all but even then, we'd be essentially getting a Find X6 Pro esque telephoto cam (2.5-3.2x) at best, considering the fact that it's Samsung im sure they won't be so ambitious as to put a 5x+ focal length on their zoom cam that's THIS massive, that'd be unprecedented.

            And I was also just talking about Samsung's output not being good in general in my original comment

( and for what ? so that people can take photos for Social validation most of the time with those modules ? nothing productive ). The weight of the phone increases without increase in battery size or screen size because of the camera modules

                But I agree with your point that an ultra phone needs ultra level camera and ultra level battery.

                Nit just an ultra level price.

                  So why are they even launching S25 ultra, when there is no significant upgrade compared to S24 ultra...... They should directly launch S26 ultra instead of S25 ultra..... 🙄🙄

                                    The iterative upgrades are a bit less considering the price of the phone itself. There are different types of customers. Some prefer to buy a top tier phone every year regardless of the fact that their current phone doesn't need an upgrade for a year. Only those who upgrade every 5 years get reasonable upgrades even though by then the price of the phone gets considerably higher in that span.
                                    They have two 200MP sensors and 5 50MP sensors. They can easily give the 1/1.12" to the UW, 200MP 1/1.3" with 2 axis OIS for primary, 50MP 1/1.56" with 3 axis IBIS for 3x and 50MP 1/2.76" with 5 axis Gimbal for 10x. X stands for 25mm. The front should be 50MP 1/2.76" with 2 axis OIS. Battery should have been 5500mAh with 65W charging. They could have provided with a 3D ToF with IR dot projector and flood illuminator for secure face recognition. Also Qualcomm has a 3D Sonic Max scanner which can fit 3 fingers within the sensor. These features should have been given in the 25 Ultra. The display should have been the Samsung 21:10 1440p panel with 1920Hz PWM + DC dimming.
