But how flat screen now considered as Edge, meanwhile back time curved screen was considered as Edge since S6 Series.

It's a Galaxy S25 without a telephoto lens with worse battery life and will sell for more. It's the worst non-premium Android smartphone sold at a premium price

"E" for Edge. So it's Galaxy S25E. May be a replacement for Galaxy Fan Edition series. Since S21 series Samsung has been delivering it's budget oriented Flagship phones under the name of Fan Edition, but at the long run it has been disturbing the line up of regular series. So may be that's why Samsung has been going in a different direction from now under the name of Edge. Like if you're OK with 2 cameras go for Edge, if you want 3 cameras go for S25 kind of stuff.

I'd guess the Galaxy Edge series is actually supposed to be high end phones with well, cutting-"edge" features, not that common on conventional high-end phones.

The lack of a triple camera setup is unacceptable. Also, thin phones are dumb anyway. There's no need to make this phone, just give your existing flagships better specs. An S25 Ultra with a GN8 sensor for the ultrawide, an HP9 sensor behind a 3× periscope with ALoP, a GN8 sensor behind a 5× periscope with ALoP and a JN3 for the selfie camera would be amazing upgrades. An S25 and S25+ with the HP2 for their primary cameras, the GN8 for their ultrawides, the GN8 behind a 3× periscope lens with ALoP and the JN5 for their selfies would also be amazing.
