    Cheap Watches for kids have 2 cameras so parents can take a picture of the surroundings.

              Why not buy them a $300 watch? Currently many parents buy their children $1400 phones. I would much rather get them a watch. It would still fit the purpose. It also gives the parent control over what they can see as well. So, no Twerking etc. on Tik Tok or any other thing the parents don't ok. I would think the screen is too small for them to want to watch videos on it anyhow.

                    Nice, but it certainly has to be a big kid to carry this huge a watch, though they can of course wear it on the ankle rather than the wrist.

                            Kids would get bored of this and only use it for telling the time. If smartwatch don't compete with phones then kids won't use them. They are best for receiving notifications, telling the time and using as a health device. Watching YouTube on it works but it's typically a poor experience. As is calling on these devices. I'd say playing with music can also be another advantage but at the end of the day, adults are a better target for these devices. Kids won't get enough immediate attention grabbing features. I use mine a lot but many features go unused over the years. They are good fashion pieces to a degree, though.
