Already have s24+ but otherwise would buy s25+ as I don't need perfect camera or huge battery. Will wait for s27+ instead. Hope it will come with 1tb/16gb variant.

The flop sales of OnePlus in 2024 is enough proof to show that most people are terrified by greenline scandal of OnePlus.
You want greenline screen, just buy OnePlus. Also, the greenline warranty is not available in most countries.

Yes, but no, they are the manufacturer of the problematic ones. And they come in all kinds of colors. After the green line, pink is in fashion. And Samsung themselves just give their users what advice - "Having a couple dead pixels is not unusual, and individual pixels are typically unnoticeable."

As they said, it's nothing to worry about, it's normal for our displays. That one pink dot on the screen is not very noticeable. Don't worry, just like we don't. I'm officially renaming GreenSung to PinkSung.
Happy new Galaxy phones from Samsung to all fans. Let's keep our fingers crossed that they don't unstick the number 5 in the name and see the number 4 underneath.

The S25 and S25+ have pathetic hardware for a flagship, and the chipset is the only thing that can even really be called flagship. They still don't have Gorilla Glass Armour (and not Gorilla Glass Armour 2 either), have outdated cameras that are unchanged since the S22 series and were already outdated even back then, and are basically upper-midrangers sold for flagship prices that are laughable even if they were priced as upper-midrangers.
The S25 Ultra agains suffers from heavily stagnant specs. Why did Samsung not debut new hardware for the telephotos and give both of them larger sensors and an ALoP periscope lens? Why not use the perfectly capable Samsung ISOCELL GN8 sensor (or an improved version) for the ultrawide, instead of using a new sensor that is no larger than the one they've used for the ultrawide since the S20 Ultra? Why have they still not started using Si/C batteries? WHY is Samsung still not giving all Ultra models 16GB of RAM? The answer to all these questions and more is simple — Samsung is greedy, and are an oligopoly in an oligopolistic market where Apple is their only major competitor (and Apple doesn't really directly compete with them all that much). Samsung needs to be dethroned, or they'll never improve.
