Anonymous, 24 Jan 2025It's not for you. Its for companies to fire extra pers... more"...OpenAI claims it can fill out forms, order groceries, and even create memes."
"Operator can work with services such as Doordash, Etsy, Booking.com, Uber, and Instacart, and it can do research through media partners like Associated Press and Reuters."

So which kind of companies are going to use this spyware to cut down on personnel so that the dataminer can "order groceries and create memes"? Why would companies need wonky error-prone AI to manage doordash orders when a barely-literate intern with no technical skills can do that job? No Fortune500 will touch this thing where sensitive data is involved, a single lawsuit on data-breach or error in handling critical data & the fallout from the loss of trust (i.e. stock prices plunging) would cost them more than the salaries of entire low level departments combined.

Automation does not require some AI-malware to screen capture and mimic user input, heck even viral botnets are more sophisticated than that. What OpenAI is offering is half-baked solutions to entice pro-sub clients, since...billions worth of AI-hardware is just lying around not seeing much usage because AI-inference and generation is not capable enough of replacing humans just yet. Nvidia & JensenJackets will still try to convince you otherwise though.

Keylogger, adware and malware that we can now PAY the virus labs to willingly install on our devices, it's just what the doctor ordered!

Oh boy I cannot wait to pawn myself!
