DE Deals: pre-orders for Samsung Galaxy S25 series start, but there is competition to consider

The Galaxy S25 phones are not the first to bring the Snapdragon 8 Elite to Europe, but at least they all have Snapdragons - no Exynos this time.

Since I don't use Iphone I can only think of Google Pixel 9 Pro, which is expensive, and Vanilla Samsung S24. The latter should drop in price in February, and should be one of the best price/value option imho.

      If you are in Germany, check sparhandy- that isn't bad for most of the smartphone models and vendors.
      But for Samsung better check tariffs on their website in Germany, they usually have better offers, albeit those are time limited and change with ~100-200€ at times..

      Just FYI, I'm not working or paid by those, neither have interest of advertising.. just sharing what i found so far.

Actually calculated it for 2 or 3 options few times and at my former and current carrier it's cheaper to buy the phone and the contract separately (and their prices for the phones are not the lowest available on the market), despite their claims it's the opposite. Taking a phone with a contract is certainly more convenient, but possibly rarely cheaper.

            Decided for the Pixel 9 Pro after seeing the S25 presentations.
            There aren't many flagship phones

If you pick it up with a mobile contract it's basically the same, regardless if you choose Samsung S, Apple, Xiaomi or whatever.. difference in price is just so small, it makes zero sense to choose a device based on price or diff in monthly plans. Majority just pick up flagships with a contract, at the end it's much cheaper

                They'll probably sell the least units this year

                  Yeah the price is so high and the specs is so low that there is no competition! There is just nonsenseitation.
