I don't think that the SE will drain the Android pool (nor can Android do the same otherwise). Although I'm not an Apple lover (nor am I an Android one) I just say that this is probably the best SE that Apple ever made. Agreed, they didn't "make" anything, they just took the 13/14 chassis (and screen, and battery as well) and skipped one camera and voila...a new (old) phone but never the less a good one most probably. Sadly enough Apple charges way too much as usual so that would be my main argument that Android users won't "migrate" massively.

After using the 15 with a Dynamic Island, I can say I like some of the advantages like the additional information for timers, and activities in the Dynamic Island. But it does cut into wider format videos (18:9) which my 12 mini didn't. Bear in mind, the activities showing up in the Dynamic Island does show up as Live Activities in your lock screen. So all in all the usefulness of the Dynamic Island depends on the user. If you watch lot of wide format videos, it's a worse experience. Otherwise, it's a nice feature to have.
Knowing Apple, they could easily make a "Dynamic Notch" but they won't do it for sure!

Will it be 1 size only for an SE Model? I'm guessing there might be 5.4 and 6.1 for SE Mini if they still have extra housing and screen for 13 mini. Still hoping there will be 5.4 mini iphone with 1 rear camera.

Everytime we get an SE it outperforms the larger screen phones because it was driving less pixels. This time it will have the same screen size so it should just be on par with the iPhone 16 for raw performance. But, hey, whatever you gotta tell yourself to justify the green bubbles.
