iOS 18.3 quietly adds Starlink satellite connectivity support for T-Mobile users

T-Mobile users will be able to contact emergency services, send out text messages and share locations with their contacts in areas without cell coverage.

          I'm kind of surprised by this. From everything I had read previously, the Starlink direct-to-cell was supposed to show up as a normal LTE tower on the phone side of the connection, without anything special needed.
