I remembered when i bought a 16 Pro in Australia, the staff was like "your iphone purcahse also came with a complementary 7 days AppleCare+" i was like are u fudging serious? Paid thousands of dollar for the phone and u get a "free" 7days AppleCare6+ as like u gonna break the phone in 7 days

Do not get me started with my Samsung Buds2 Pro issue woth Samsung Canada which is being reported to consumer bureau.
Management seen the proof according to their rules and they allowed for repairs ONLY to go back on theie word after receiving the product which they didnt even open to look at and returned it denying proper warranty!

This means selling a monthly AC+ device no longer has higher value cause you cannot change the payment type or person else its auto cancelled.
But you get continued support beyond the 2yr 1x payment plan. Id rather this to be honest.

Handling-associated defects are NOT covered by this care plan, and as we all know, hardware defects NOT related to handling do only rarely occur in the first few couple of years of the life of a smarthone.
So, you would have to pay a few hundreds of Dollars until you can expect that defects occur that may or may not be covered by this warranty.
Apparently, this is a service that is not meant to be used but just to make people buy a new iPhone after a few years.
