The X200 Ultra is rumored to not have an ultrawide. The x200 ultra ultrawide starts at 1X while the main starts at 1.5X. Even though it doesn't use a 1" sensor, the overall result from most zooming range will be better. Most of us zoom to 35mm to 50mm when taking photos. It would be an interesting comparison review between these two phones.

Wow perfect for my content videos..... I can sell my Canon camera to buy this mi15 ultra.... See you soon Xiaomi 15 ULTRA 👑 can't wait to unboxing 😂 I hope fast charging 120W but its ok 90w basic for flagship.

Perhaps the first customers of the SU7 Ultra will get a 15 Ultra as a gift. That would be a good idea (for chinese buyers).

Why not have 3 sensors i... moreIt's not about end users, intelligence services need ultra wide cameras on both sides of the phones, to be able to capture better while lying horizontal. That's also the reason for the removal of the extractable front camera after the good old mi9 line (they couldn't spy with the front camera hidden). Years later we still see camera holes in the screen!

Anonymous, 05 Feb 2025Does anyone really use ultrawide? Why not have 3 sensors i... moreChinese brands have monitored the usage of consumers of their phones in China and found that generally the ultrawide camera was used very little. Therefore some are choosing to cut costs on the ultrawide as the majority of consumers don't use it much anyway. Most of the focus is on telephotos at the moment. I'd prefer a good 65-70mm sensor too although the imx858 is better than having no 3x at least. It's fine in bright outdoor lighting but can't compete at all with something like the mid telephoto on the Oppo Find x7 ultra for example indoor in not ideal lighting or in lowlight

Does anyone really use ultrawide? Why not have 3 sensors instead. LYT-900 at 22mm, LYT-600 at 65mm , and HP9 at 95mm.

that is not really on my wishlist due to price and heavy camera focus, but I wonder -what about 15T and 15T Pro? Would they appear around end of lifecycle for 15 series?
14T and 14T Pro were released few months ago, right?

Do they release something else alongside the 15 ultra? Still waiting for the pad 7s pro, no idea when that's coming out

                              What a beast.

The ISOCELL HP9 is a great and large 1/1.4"-type sensor that will make the 15 Ultra zooming capabilities as capable as vivo XS200 Pro's tele-module.
That being said, the other two secondary sensors (IMX 858 and ISOCELL) are relatively small in size (1/2.55-1/2.76) and will definitely not set the 15 Ultra apart from the competition.
The question is now: will the 15 Ultra be available globally?
