I mean, I get it of course that wouldn't be worth it when you can just get a good deal.. but again the S23 Ultra is just a 2 year old flagship, so it shouldn't have had those issues to begin with and it still had years of software support.

I just don't think it's a good look, if I had a 2 year old vivo with that many issues, my next phone definitely wouldn't be a vivo, I'm just saying.

Other people upgraded from phones like an S21 Ultra and still got decent deals, especially in the US. I would've repaired it but a mainboard plus battery swap isn't worth the hassle, not when I get a good deal. Would I have swapped without trade-in? No. But I also wouldn't have gotten any other phone.

                              No, thank you. Downgrading Spen and packing lots of AI bloatware is not something, which motivates me to spend lots of money. Let me know when spen and software get improvements, which will make my life better, I'll be happy to pay for those.

                                When you have to make deals and discounts like that on a brand new Ultra flagship, that should be the "best of the best" just to get people a little bit excited about the purchase of it, something is wrong big time.

                                        No thanks, don't like the design and price is way too high. Not so much of an upgrade as reviewers make you believe.
