Reason for Call is a new add-on to the Branded Call Display feature that launched last year. And it's available only on Android.

Q. Interestingly, the Branded Call Display and Reason for Call features are only available for Android – and not for iOS. That’s a bit odd, considering AT&T is the original iPhone network.
A. Anyway, this doesn’t require a special app or anything, it is based on Google’s Verified Calls feature, so it’s part of Android.

this could be useful for whose did not know what is the reason for calling. but the concerns was scammers would take advantage of this.
