        Delaying a firware update just to sell a new phone which no one is interested in is the worst tactic ever. I am a loyal samsung user. But this is making me rethink what to buy in future. I am never gonna keep a phone for 7 years. So better go for a cheaper chinese phone (x200 pro, better performing in every way) rather than the expensive samsung (using s24 ultra atm).

          Why are people angry about not receiving android 15?? It's just a number as long as you're still receiving security updates there's no difference.

              As a Samsung fan, I am done with this brand. My s24u was priced similar to iPhone 15 pro max. Iphone doesn't lose its value much but Scamsung has audacity to price it higher than pro max model. Yet can't deliver update on time.

              Rot in hell scammy. I got s24u because of spen.Next time I ain't looking at this lazy a** company. Samsung has become worse than Apple.

                Samsung didn't get the memo that having 7 years of updates is kinda meaningless if updates aren't being delivered. The fact that they are SOOOOOOOO late with OneUI 7 update for Android 15 is just pathetic. Did they forget that there is Android 15 coming and got released and they still didn't know and then in late december entire Samsung Mobile was "oh no, Android 15 was released, quick, do something!". ?!

                Of all the trash talking about Apple, I still consider them as best software support I've seen in the entire mobile industry. When they release something, they release it to ALL their eligible users on same day. And they've done it so consistently over the years. Maybe not the whole Ai thing, but I don't care about it anyway. The rest was delivered the same. Samsung really needs to fix that up because this is lame.

                        how much Samsung has grown and how it has humiliated its users for years. thank you. I'm changing my s24 ultra for an honor magic 7 pro..just keep it up. they don't add anything new, they're dragging themselves along every year and all this. we're fools for buying. the end
