Report: no price changes for Xiaomi 15 and 15 Ultra, coming to Europe at the end of the month

The European prices are expected to be the same as the Xiaomi 14 and 14 Ultra from last year. The Xiaomi 15 Ultra should be unveiled in China a couple of days early.

The Xiaomi 14 for example in Europe was more expensive than the Oneplus 12. No price increase would bring it more inlíne with competitors and the Xiaomi 15 would match the Oneplus 13. They did increase the price in Europe but their margins are lower there. In Europe where they clearly have high profit margins they can maintain the same price. We saw a similar approach from Samsung who maintained the same prices in Europe despite jumping from the previous exynos chip to the snapdragon 8 elite

              It is obvious that they have to do a strategy which will have impact on their gross margin if they choose to not increase the price meanwhile the others in the market doing opposite! Your comment doesn't give anything unique or additional to support your main argument, just going through possibilities :)

              One thing for sure. They seem to be downgrading or let's say using an inferior uw cam module comparing to last year! That's a cost cut!

              Another thing Xiaomi is not aggressive or consistent with updates comparing to others. Same for the not very long commitment which means not a huge budget burden on developer teams.

              Additionally, Xiaomi has been more persistent with releasing ultra series globally which makes me think their supply chain is better as they ship other home products.

              Additionally, in Europe Xiaomi gained market. That might also push them to keep the price low to keep market share or even improve it.

I'm saying that for that to happen, that means there must have been a lot of income from the previous sales, that can be used to offset the negligible losses of the current generation.

Larger battery and a far superior telephoto. Ig they saw that the Find X8 Ultra's going global and decided to play it safe lmao or they're just fed up with the low sales of their 14/13 Ultras.

                      I think more so than price, they should focus on their software and make a Hyper OS 3 that's built from the ground up OR at the very least target superb battery life, if they do that then people will buy their phones despite the higher prices. As it currently is, Xiaomi's phones are ludicrously expensive but not really worthy of that price except for like 1% of users whose needs perfectly match up with the phone's strengths.

                        Costs less than iphone to be made, but sold at higher price.
                        Both come from China.

                        Anyway, not gonna sell even 200.000 units again.

                                No ty il stay with normal prices at 400€ max
                                And change it in 5 6 years .
                                For better camera and a bit power that no 0ne use it im not ready to pay x3 of the price .

                                      i preffer samsumg over this, i had the 11,12 and 13 also the 14 ultra, burn my hand and in full set gaming it crashes a lot! i have the s25 ultra now and ... wow!
