But when it comes to taking pictures or videos my tendencies are to use S24 Ultra (Previously Note 20 Ultra) which produced amazing pictures and videos. Though iPhone might claim they try to process true tone picture quality, it pales in shadow when compared with Samsung Photos. Especially, its 200 MP shots are amazing if you compose it properly.

        I was pointing a finger to the less geek-ish(?) portion of phone buyers, who get phones for the flair more than for the use. I'm pretty sure everyone knows about "that" kind of people, who buy the newest phone a brad has to offer just cause.

        And the other portion of people who just don't care what phone they have in the first place, you know these ones as well: "Well, what's the difference between this (700$) one? That's right, they do the same thing!" then proceed to break it in four months of usage...

              Not a complete review as the results for creating panoramas is completely missing.
              The only reason any pro photographer needs to buy a smartphone is because only smartphones make sweep panoramas, which can now create successfully perfectly stitched panoramas from even an ultrawide lens (In the case of the iPhone anyway...)
              Here they do not exist: it is impossible to find out which phones can use which lenses to make panoramas with.
              They are essential for sweeping landscape views as well as posed family interior & exterior shots, IMHO.

                      "The Galaxy also has an advantage in sharpness and detail" this is like a joke. Download the images taken with main camera of sam and apple and comper. The images from S25 ultra has never better detail than 16pro max in main camera

                          S23 ultra owner here. Still nothing really in the s25U to make me upgrade so I will wait another year. The flat screen is good but not enough.

Samsung produces natural photos and videos. If we look close enough we can see sharpening artifacts. But GSM ARENA team are avoiding suchs remarks. They even spared the iphone from some camera comparisons to avoid embarrassing apple fanboys and meet their deal requirements from apple.

                              To notice a very small difference, a person has to use a microscope and even then one has to know exactly where to look.

                                I don't understand why Samsung can't make 25mp binned photos out of 200mp or 50 mp sensors. 12 is outdated and low IQ meanwhile next step 50mp is a bit overkill.

                                      I wish both sides of the fans, Iphone and Samsung, would finally realize that both phones are good, REAL good, top notch, while the phones are very similar to one another

                                      Both companies take it slow and safe, since they have to adhere to so many people, and they need to keep all those people to stay at the top.

                                      I see many people compare these phones to Chinese flagships, with better cameras/batteries but at the same time those people don't realize that a lot of markets don't have reliable ways of getting said phones to you, so in your average store that sells phones you'll mostly see Iphone, Samsung and whatever Xiaomi's the store can get their hands on. So the people buying a phone don't know any better... and y'know, most people that aren't on these review sites don't really even know what phone they have, let alone which one is better.

                                      I'm trying to get at the fact that the market and ecosistem shape what phones you get acces to, and considering that "most" people have a Samsung or Iphone it's only obvious their gonna choose one of those, as they seem the most reliable and popular

                                      As a Samsung user I send my kind regards to any Iphone user reading this, lets just...... tolerate each other :)
