However Huawei support is notorious. We have an issue with recurring all-day event in calendar and contacted them.. after 10 ai generated emails we got to a living human being and.. that started to pretend he/she doesn't understand English or German..
I wonder what 1000 Chinese employees of Huawei are doing in Düsseldorf, literally bumping in me all the time in stores or on the street, while not understanding a word... fishy, very fishy

;) so humor aside - great watches, stable and efficient software.. price is ok. If you don't need NFC payments, way to go, I'd say...my 2 cents.

    Huawei products are ok, but updates are 3 months late. And of course the watches we paid 500 euros for don't have the new harmony 5. My watch 4 pro has nothing... and I paid a lot for it. That's a shame for Huawei
