19 February 2025
Apple may be moving away from using titanium for its Pro models, but the Air has additional considerations.

If so, why did Apple decide to use titanium, starting with the iPhone 15 Pro/Pro Max, if it might decide to return to aluminum?

I never had a problem with aluminum, and I like it because of its lighter weight and lower price compared to titanium or stainless steel. However, I did like the shiny look of the stainless steel models from iPhone X to 14 Pro. But that can be achieved with aluminum as well like the Galaxy S23 shows. After all, it‘s just polishing the metal to get that appearance.

PorkHotdog, 19 Feb 2025Lmao they're playing with Samsung at this point. I won... moreSkip marketing iPhone 17 they use aluminum material to reduce production costs, instead of saying zero carbon, rich people are still free to use private jets. There is no reason for that. I'll just wait for the iPhone to wear titanium. And try not to use thin titanium Thin that is prone to breaking, return the iPhone to its former sturdy iPhone 14 Pro Max.

so if they do 5W bump in charging every year then we will probably reach 60w after 6 years

Woah 35W charging, that's revolutionary, now it can compete with 2018 Chinese flagship phones.

Why is only Samsung, Pixel, and Apple in ranking? Someone can think that Samsung have good charging 🤣

The iPhone 17 screen uses Samsung M14, I don't like Samsung's weak durability after 2 years greenline and pinkline

Lmao they're playing with Samsung at this point. I wonder if Samsung will now revert to Aluminum again
