Even the standard 7 Gen 3 would be better.

The single core score is less than the 7200 Pro and the 7350 in 2a Plus but the multi core score is way better.

markiz, 20 Feb 2025I just don't get it. Why don't they use a good CP... moreRight. Phone doa for many enthusiasts right there

Even 7+ gen 3 is going to be one year old. Even then they are going for lower powdered chips. Price will be same to other phones with 7+ gen 3.

RIP. That's unacceptable performance for 2025

Charge a bit extra and put a 7+ there and it would have been great.
As it is, many, myself included, will not even consider it.

Tbh... was expecting a lot more from A720 and A520 cores. If you look them up, A510 promises a 35% increase in performance over A55 and A520 8% over A510. ARM v9 seems somewhat lackluster, at the moment.

                  S I R E, 20 Feb 202510% performance over a 6 year old upper mid tier flagship. MehYou’re funny.
Since the 7200 Pro matches Snapdragon 865 in performance, what about this one

Looks like mediatek is falling off in this range if even penny pincher nothing is using snapdragon. Time to release d1200 on a 4nm node mediatek.

they should've stick to mediatek 8400 rather than sd 7s gen 3.

poco x7 pro will be better than this now.
realme 14 pro plus is the rival to this.

An 8MP ultrawide but a 3x Periscope telephoto? I would've been happier seeing a 2x/2.5x telephoto and a 12MP ultrawide w/ AF, tbh. It helps make the cameras more versatile.

                          5000mah?

                          3300 multi core core?!??

                          Ip 64?!

Bro what. The Poco x7 pro beats so fucking abysmally and it's like half of the price.

Actually Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 will same as 5 Years old Snapdragon 855+ (860) with Qualcomm 5G modem.
