In my country carrier Tele 2 sells some OnePlus phones, but DON'T support them in network!
LTE is just a theory! May be, even 5G! Buy, Sumsang or Jepple instead!

That aside, you're right. The OnePlus 13R's value proposition is just not there with that $100 price increase over its predecessor. Last year, I personally thought the 12R was one of the phones with the best value proposition, and it was in my (unofficial, of course, because I'm not a GSMArenan employee or anything) phones of the year list. The 13R has definitely ruined that. It's not a bad phone (hell it's a clear upgrade to the 12R in specs), it's just priced too high.
