Just adblock? Useless then. As someone who uses ReVanced while formerly having Premium at the same time, the only thing I missed is the faster and higher quality downloads.
(in Indonesia, download is still available at up to 360p, but it is slow and EVERYTHING has to be redownloaded if I accidentally turned on a JP VPN or something)

i use adguard on desktop and newpipe on mobile which are nice.
for music, i pay for the spotify giftcard every year which saves £45 over monthly.

My hard earned money goes to Netflix and PlayStation Network. Not scammy Google owned YouTube, milking money from us in return for ad-free experience.. that's why I use Revanced. YouTube has no value.

I was just giving an example to the guy I was replying to, that seems to not have knows music apps have ads integrated in them, which is honestly a major bummer
Still, at least with a Youtube subscription you also get YT Music along.
Also some of these free music apps people are posting here or addblockers sound kinda sketchy, but I guess I'll educate myself later before calling any of them out for anything...
