Bot10Exists, 21 Feb 2025humanity could finally achieve the dream of one device for ... moreAll i care about is battery, if the battery were better and the phone were priced around 2000 euros, perhaps even 2300 for a 1 TB model, i'd have gotten it without hesitation but im sure the display's efficiency/battery performance is only bad cus the phone must've been in development for a while and so they might not have been able to use the latest and greatest display tech.
Let's see how the next 2-3 refinements look, i'm really curious about that and who knows, perhaps this could lead to everyone trying out different methods of tri-folds like back in the day when everyone tried out different methods of folds.

Just look at how far the screen has to bend, ofc the screen is going to have creases.
Essentially you get to choose between basically creaseless normal folds and tri-folds with creases and if i'm gonna have creases either way, im always gonna go for the latter one. The Tri-fold aspect ratio is amazing.

Its like hearing car review when guy say that there is some sound ping when you do something, like open door or drive over limit... when you hear that sound every day you realize that it could make you mad...
Crease is annoying, because when you use it everyday it drive you crazy when light hit that crease in weird angle it mess even simple text... when you do lots of swyping it remind about it self all the time. And when you need to look after that screen more than kid in park you would start thinking that when you paid 1000 bucks for phone they should do something about it, as its not first generation of such screens and there are technology to fix it but companies are to greedy to use it as it mean additional investment that make user happy but not company bank account.

I was lucky to unbox this phone. It is incredibly sturdy, the AI features. The camera is capturing a true color and even a moving object so blurred photos no more. Huawei is giving a one time replacement in case it is damage. We are selling here in UAE for 12999! It is available right now.
Most customers were amazed by it while others is not sure because of Google issue.
Overall, great phone!

As someone that has owned this phone for 2 months, I have this to say:
It may be a tech demo, but it's very practical for me and my business. I sell condos so having full screen for floorplans and photos is great.
Worth €1200 to €1300 is a joke. I wish it was that cheap but this is way better than my Samsung Fold 5, so there should be a premium on that price.
Not a gimmick, has definitely survived more than a day of normal use. It's my daily driver and I keep it in my front pocket when not in use.
Not a NOPE for me on design. I had the Mate Xs2 for over 2 years before this and the outward folding screen is still in perfect condition.
Battery life is great. I charge it about 15 to20 minutes when I wake up, and usually about the same when I get home. Works all day fine. I do not game or watch movies on it though. Just work emails, calls,and texts.
I love this phone and highly recommend if you have the extra cash.

The ultimate waste of money really. Could buy a PC with a RTX 5090 in it for the same price. Clearly companies and some people have money to burn on whatever nonsense.

This device looks more like a tech demo than anything else. Not particularly practical but impressive to look at.
