Anonymous, 28 Feb 2025Wow, if connecting via Wi-Fi increases bandwidth and distan... morethe gaming headsets are usually using wifi, since surround and simultaneous usage of incoming and outgoing audio is not working via BT link. Also chromecast provides much better audio streaming quality, than BT. Issue lies more in codecs than actually in bandwidth, but in any case -BT audio quality is bad and is acceptable only if you listen to pop/rap/metal stuff.. any music, which has high dynamic range will be immediately felt as ...yayks..

The problem with WIFI headsets is the need of diff hw/antenna and possible interference with existing WLAN networks.. in other words - hardly usable in mobile phones

Wow, if connecting via Wi-Fi increases bandwidth and distance and lowers power consumption, is there any reason to use bluetooth?

That notebook is very well specced for the price. The 30hr battery sounds impressive.

And LDAC can do 96khz at 24bits, I have such buds myself.

TWS earphones that use wifi for 4.2Mbps lossy audio!! That's not lossless that's lossy!!! Pure non compressed audio!!

                                  Yes!!!

Just like LDAC, but this is proprietary instead.
