      An Android below 300USD using UFS 4.0 spec storage will outspeed iPhone 16 series device at the same storage capacity spec.

      If cost-cutting is the name of the game, Apple with their iPhones does it best. Removing a feature or not updating a feature for years while still increasing the pricepoint of the device.

          iPhone "NVMe" has the speed of UFS 2.0. Read up what NVME actually is as that's just a interface and does NOT mean Apple uses PC grade SSDs.
          SSDs use multiple chips in parallel over a NVMe interface to get those speeds while Apple uses a single chip which is much slower than UFS chips.
