Tecno mobile service centre not available. I bought two tecno mobiles in Saudi. Both have been repaired. Couldn't fix it yet.

Well, the entire CAMON 40 Series went into segment repositioning to match the CAMON 20 Series at most.
CAMON 40 4G = It ain't a CAMON 30 4G successor since it aims to have a similar price to the SPARK 30 Pro since it only has a non-PDAF 32MP front cam. It's the spiritual successor to the CAMON 20 4G given the fact that 20 4G and SPARK 10 Pro have similar processors.
CAMON 40 Pro 4G = This is the real CAMON 30 4G and spiritual CAMON 20 Pro 4G successor, since it reprises the 50MP front camera.
CAMON 40 Pro 5G = A CAMON 30 5G successor, given the fact that all NOTE 50 5G models (except the NOTE 50x) will have Dimensity 7300 at best. D7300 phones in Transsion is meant to replace all existing D7020 phones around the sub-300 USD price range.
CAMON 40 Premier 5G = A CAMON 30 Pro 5G successor, given by the fact that it lost the plastic antenna strips from the previous Premier, and the Aluminum frame also waved goodbye along with it. Given that it's a 30 Pro 5G successor, it inherits a couple of features from the previous Premier model such as LTPO display tech and 3x periscope telephoto.
All CAMON 40 Series models have IP6x dust and water protection, at the cost of maxing out to 256 GB of internal storage without microSD card slot.

First time to buy a Tecno with the Camon 30 Pro, great hardware for the price but inferior or less quality OS compared to Xiaomi or Samsung. Camon series is camera centric based on hardware but it does not support Gcam - I have taken better images with a Poco X3 Pro with Gcam.

Thank yu tecno for making it so easy for us to go for other brands like vivo 40, poco x6, honor x9c, oppo 12(not 13 coz price is still way up), or a pre used samsung S21 ultra..

Ditching 512 GB variants on the Premier & Pro 5G models is the worst decision ever made about Camon 40 series.
