I'll give another option from the list of pros for each one, since some things are unnecessary:
Xiaomi 15 Ultra:
1. Much better camera overall.
2. Better battery life and charging (there's an option in the settings that activates true fast charging, as the default charging option is the one that provides less power to avoid overheating).
3. Better speakers.
4. Much wider color spectrum on the screen.
Galaxy S25 Ultra:
1. Better software, more updates, and with a few more options.
And now, the Spen isn't an advantage because it's much less useful without Bluetooth.
And the performance is the same. Xiaomi no longer has the advantage of having a charger in the box, due to the European Union, but at least they didn't remove the case.

Thank you very much GSMArena for this wonderful review, it is strange that at x8.6 the photos on the Xiaomi are somewhat blurry, but as you've pointed out very well, when it does take proper photos it beats the crap out of S25 Ultra.

This is my phone to get this year, im giving my S24 Ultra away to my wife and since the S25 Ultra has no meaningful upgrades (and a couple of downgrades while we are at it), ill go for Xiaomi 15 Ultra, unless the new Xperia is so good that it can even beat ultra (but considering the last 4 years, wont hold my breath tbh, so Xiaomi 15 Ultra it is for me!)

Ottonis, 13 hours agoThank you. Do you mean hardware durability or "softwar... moreI think both of them. Gave my three years old A52 to my aunt. She still uses it. Works fine. My current phone is S24 Plus. Amazing phone for me. Everything works fine. Don't plan to upgrade unless battery dies. Samsung is super easy to use and very customizable. You won't regret. But try it yourself before buying. I would buy S25 Plus if I had to buy a phone today. But after S24 Plus its a minor upgrade.

Number three is much better apps. Number four is better resale value. Number five is durability. As for software features you can find them in google. Never seen any person you kept his/her xiaomi for many years because their phones aren't durable. They will lag soon. But you can keep samsung five years at least.

Ottonis, 16 hours agoCould you elaborate on that? What would be your, let's... moreI can give you mine:
1/ calendar, alarm and events. No other app I have tried (and I have tried even paid apps) offer the usefulness and way of working which I want. My wife is on the same opinion after trying few other apps/phones.
2/ Notes. Nothing out there come even close to it. And that is no exaggeration. One note included.
3/ System Cleaner /aka Device Care - that app and watchdog service is amazing and I reboot my devices once per two months perhaps.. basically when there is an update/required restart only. I have several Samsung devices here- rock stable and solid, no leaks, no crashes, no issues.
4/ Camera , gallery, bixby and routines...all those are working fast and intuitive. no issues with any of them - you take a picture, edit it, store it, revert changes/keep backups/recognize text/etc.. set a routine (I use one - when my device connects to my car via BT , I start few apps, change few settings, etc. When device disconnects -revert all changes and stop apps).

Maybe those sound to you as if an apple user would describe their ecosystem - I tried it. No, for me it doesn't work, I find it awful and unsuitable for even basic daily stuff I do. Chinese phones -same story, although here and there I could see nice ideas. Stock android - same story, google apps aren't really an option for me.

I COULD use and find my way with something else in android world, if I have to, but that won't be without sacrificing convenience and doing things in a worse way, than I do them now. Considering I won't be saving money from such change - > there you go. Those are my key points, others might have diff opinon.
