    Amazon won't ship the Xiaomi to North America fyi. I tried ordering from Amazon UK and different Amazon EU shops, it let me place the order and then it would be cancelled a minute later.

          But there's flash sales, the S25 Ultra was going for 980€ just yesterday. You just have to search. If xiaomi can't match this, they have no chance.

              "For some reason Amazon has the Nothing Phone (3a) listed as being on pre-order," Well duh its coming March 11th so why would they not have it listed as preorder.....

                No one in Europe gonna give 1200-1300€ for the Xiaomi 15 Ultra, specially when you can already get the S25 Ultra or 16 Pro Max for less than that.
                Good luck trying to resell it after 2 years and getting like 300 or 400 with luck.
