It's not like it costs less or is more reliable, because it's the exact same. It's supposed to be more convenient, but in reality it isn't. Setup is supposed to be automated, but more often than not, you will have to take your phone to the carrier so they can verify it, or will have to call a number to activate it, which you can't exactly do when you don't have an activated sim. When transferring devices, E-sim transfer only works well when you swap between devices from the same brand, and even then it might not work. with a physical sim, you can just take your card out, pop it in the new phone, and you're good to go. For people who travel, its really difficult to find a modern phone that isn't dual sim, so your covered if you're traveling within the country or between smaller countries like in the EU. If someone is travelling around many countries often, such as for work, they are pretty much guaranteed to be able to afford (and do own) a top tier flagship, so there's no arguing over it for them.

    There's also the fact that a large amount of carriers still don't even support E-sim

Battery life is great, charges fast, phone is snappy and reliable, no bugs or crashes, and great build quality. Camera isn't awful but its definitely lacking, which the phone 3a and 3a pro should be better at

That said, you're probably bound to get the best support if you reside in the company's home country (UK), I assume their support outside of the UK will be lacking compared to the biggest players like Apple or Samsung (who score below 2.0 in many countries in Trustpilot). The product itself seems to be getting great reviews and the company is spearheaded by an expert in the mobile industry, so I wouldn't worry. I know this isn't an actual experience like you asked but I hope it helps!

The only parts more expensive in s25 ultra and ip16pm would be screen and screen and main cam sensor respectively, others are at most same, if not cheaper than in x15u. He's also comparing apples to oranges with prices, ip16pm 512 gb had more expensive starting price.

                            I was considering buying this phone, but I noticed the TrustPilot reviews are quite concerning, currently rated 2.4 out of 5 with almost 47% one-star reviews. Has anyone had a positive experience with this company or their products?
                            I’d love to hear more before making a decision!

                                    It may not be the best phone, nor will it sell much, but that blue is excellent and reminds me a lot of the 90s Gane Boy, there was one in that transparent blue tone that was beautiful... There was also a Super Nintendo in that tone and you could see the components... in the 90s if you had one of those, your parents made good money

                                        Still using purple Xperia 1 (OG) as main driver since 2019, but the blue 3a is really striking, maybe I will grab the blue one as sidegrade device
