Geekbench 6 results from the yet-to-be-announced tablet have surfaced. It's powered by the new Exynos 1580, while the old Tab S9 FE ran on an Exynos 1380.

                Tab S9 can be purchased for around $550.
                Tab S10 FE is a viable option if it's over $200 cheaper.

                    1989, 12 Mar 2025Its indeed hilarious to think everyone cares about updates.If the tablet performance is very bad due to unoptimized software, then we hope that it will be fixed with new Android updates. Even I wouldn't care much about the Android 15 update if not for the lag I faced using this tablet with a freaking snapdragon 870.

They just launched it with unoptimized software and never bothered fixing it at all. Then they didn't provide Android 15 update either. Xiaomi is a straight up garbage tier company for tablets. Don't go by YouTube reviews of smooth performance. I've used it and it sucks. So don't go for Xiaomi for tablets.

                            It would be ironic if the Exynos 1480, which is at least what the Exynos 1280 should've been, will end up being exclusive to the A55 while the Exynos 1280 and 1380 are found in many other mobile devices.

                                  Cortex A720 should be significant more powerfull at low power than older architecture, don't be suprised if sustained perfomance of this to match A16 or beat it.

                                        I'm concerned that Samsung is no longer allowing Dex on the FE tablets (by downgrading the USB to USB2).
