            Motorola edge 50 neo is a great device and lured everyone's attention as a Compact midranger. Replace Dimensity 7300 with 6 gen 4 and improve the battery capacity of 4910 mah considering the form factor. Motorola please let this edge neo series boring

                  I miss the time when most smartphone companies use premium curved screen instead of cheap flat screen for the flagships. Nowadays, only midrangers got those curved screen.
                  "But what about the screen protector" that's the neat part, you don't. Just change the screen when you broke it, don't be a brokie.

Edge 30 Fusion had a 888+, Edge 40 Fusion didn't exist and Edge 50 Fusion was worse than the Edge 50 Neo, when the Edge 30 Fusion was way better than the Edge 30 Neo.                         It's a cheap play by moto to deliberately put non flat display. they know well that no case will be able to protect it from drops and they can then suck money from customers by replacing the display, which will be costly too. shame.

                                tom, 13 Mar 2025why rounded screen, is motorola digging their grave with it?If you think that one feature in a phone that you don't like is "Motorola digging its grave", then your criticism is way over the top and does not hold up to scrutiny in reality. Not sure if many of the smartphone buyers will have a strong opinion either way on this specific aspect. But they will look at other key features like display (OLED or LCD, resolution, peak brightness etc), SoC, RAM, Storage, Battery capacity, Camera features (Primary, Ultrawide, Telephoto ect) and make a decision.

                                This phone will be one of the options for me when I buy my next smartphone in the next couple of months. And this rounded screen is not even a consideration for me. It also doesn't mean, others won't consider that as an important aspect for them. I just don't know either way. If I buy it, It doesn't mean it is going to be a hit . Even if I don't buy it and end up buying something else, it is not going to be failure. It will be decided by the larger market of smartphone buyers.

                                You can mention that you don't prefer rounded screen and that would be fine. But mentioning that Motorola is digging its grave is ridiculous.
