just don't understand why all chinese tablet always no cellular respiration since the chipset they uses all comes with it. even have also restricted to a few country. chinese manufacturers just doesn't do it like apple & samsung.

Or some... moreProducts stay under development for a long time. They may have planned and put this into production months ago so waiting for 9400+ would've further delayed it.
I think 9400 is fine since all you get with 9400+ is a marginal clock boost. They're essentially the same SoC.
