A person who bought the Realme 12 Plus and hasn’t received any software updates nor with bugs in device or has dealt with many bugs might see Realme as an unreliable brand, especially since they keep launching new devices. Plus, their support is very poor. Emails are unresponded. 1000 devices a year won't make people adopt their brand easily.
