Poco F7 Pro and F7 Ultra specs and images leak

    I think f7 will come with same previous generation cheap 8s gen 3, we already swe it on iqoo neo10r, that's might be the reason no leaks for most anticipated pcoc f7.

              The Ultra should be the full fat 8-core 8 Elite, the Pro the 7 core 8 Elite, and the vanilla F3 the 8 Gen3 like some previous vanilla F series phones using "last year's flagship".

              I guess that from a marketing perspective, there isn't much awareness of the differences between the 7 & 8 core Elites (understandably), so for most folks they may think it's the same chipset and only make their buying decision on the other specs (camera, wireless charging, etc) which may hurt the Ultra sales.

              That's on Qualcomm's naming and marketing strategy though, not Xiaomi.

              Still annoying though as it hurts the F7 in terms of value for money - which is supposed to be its major selling point.

There's already a downgrade version (7 core GPU instead of 8) of 8 Elite. That's should be the lower / cheaper version of the top tier 8 Elite. People will hard to compare them for example at Nanomark benchmark. There's no 8 Elite downgrade version. Same like A18 4 core GPU instead of 5 (on iPhone 16e).

                      Anonymous, 17 Mar 2025What happened to Snapdragon 8S Elite?It's not released yet. That's why there's no vanilla F7 yet.

                        Snapdragon 8s elite will be very efficient. It will be able to hold 99% performance under heavy load. So in longer gaming sessions it will perform better than Snapdragon 8 elite and 8 gen3 of course.

Just noticed though that gsmarena is saying the Poco F7 ultra will have a 2x telephoto. If that's the case it will be a downgrade from the Redmi k80 pro which has the same 60mm (2.5x/2.6x) jn5 telephoto as the Xiaomi 15

                                It is fine when, as in this case, they sell similar products with reduced (downgraded) characteristics (battery, cameras, etc.) on the foreign market under a different name.

                                But when they sell on the "global market" devices such as Xiaomi 15 or Xiaomi 15 Ultra under the same name as in the home market, but with a significantly reduced battery, and they do so, it is misleading consumers and such a malicious practice should be condemned.

                                    If this is true, i ll take Realme GT 7 pro any time of the day instead of F7 Ultra.

                                    Or in F7 pro case, Oneplus 13R.

                                      Will be interesting to see how Poco will sell at the €750 price range in Europe. It's the first time they've launched a rebranded k pro series device globally under Poco and it will be a step up in secs and price from previous Poco devices
