And for the sake of discussion you can even add $100 in odin price make it $400 it's still bargain no phone offer that kind of perfomance at that price, and that including controller.

For example, if the official price is $300, it may be about $300 in your currency including tax. In other words, the price excluding tax will be less than $300 in your currency. It depends on regions and exchange rates, though. Price discrepancies in different countries are very normal. Sometimes the companies adjusted them, but they don't do that often. Exchange rates change daily, and it's impractical to change prices every day.

Hemedans, 18 Mar 2025They have Official chanells why buy locally? It won't help if you have to pay for the import fee/tax. The total cost will be significantly higher than the official price either way. But if you can import an AYN Odin 2 without paying for an import fee/tax, it's good for you.

Check Xcom 2 sales playstore around 50k unit sold lifetime, same game sold 500K unit in just one weak at steam.
Due to this Many developers don't bother with AAA games at Android unless there are Gacha elements.
Due to this Many people who love quality games use Emulators, hence need for handheld.

The reason mobile game generate more revenue is because almost everyone owns one. Compared to PC, that some household only have 1 PC for the whole family.
And....
Mobile game genree is mostly simple or short game. Can be paused easily.
PC game genree is more on emersive, complex, full fledge, High Quality.
Thus, this handheld will be head to head against STEAMDECK (with AMD), and steamdeck will have better high quality game for those that want AAA game.
