$2300 only, thank God. On seeing the explosive title, I was guessing $5000.
Anyhow, I shouldn't be concerned. Neither did I ever use a foldable phone of these days, nor did i ever use an Apple product.

Samsung sold the most book folds in any year. That was around 3-4 million. Apple will definitely sell more. They will probably outsell the Z Flip which is the best selling foldable.
It's been 5 years and foldables are no closer to being mainstream. They need a spark. This is it. I think it benefits anyone interested in foldables, no matter what brand/model you prefer.

iPhone is fashion accessory, not a phone.
Its like shirt that came from the same factory but at the end on one they put Balenciaga tag and on other Springfield, first cost 500$ other 30$ First is bought by low life people that need attention all the time, other is... actually Springfield is also tad crappy company :D

It is an amazing news, I have been waiting for Apple first foldable phone 10 years ago. Definitely I will buy it for my 10 years old kid because it is the latest and most advanced technology from Apple. I am using tri-fold phone now, which is enough for my daily usage. I will leave the most advanced product Apple first foldable phone for my kid because I love him much.

I'd buy fairphones 5 for the whole family and go one week in vacation and still be left with a few dollars, before buying any phone at this price. People must be mad to pay so much for a phone.

lel, 18 Mar 2025cheaper than Huawei Mate 3Fold. Except this is a 2 screen fold, which says a lot about the price, go compare it instead to other companies who relatively sell them for cheaper with obviously better specs.
